How can I make a replacement part request?

Currently replacement part requests are handled using the support email: support@fryette.com because the shop needs to handle these details.

Use the following information to have you request dealt with efficiently.

To: support@fryette.com
Subject (starts with): Parts Request

Information to include,

  • Product (e.g. Power Station PS-2A)
  • Serial number
  • Your shipping address
  • The replacement part needed (e.g. Back panel FX level button)
  • Link to forum post if it already contains the information,
  • No forum post? Include the following in the email:
    • A photo is always helpful
    • If the part is labelled in the user manual the this is even more specific, sent that. For example the back panel FX level button is labelled as item #5 on page 5 of the user manual.

Small low-cost components are usually my sent free of change to US destinations. We ask that international customer pay shipping and tax.
