Cliff Jack Broken

Hello, Those nuts are actually a twist and lock type, so the jack is not broken. They are not the threaded type of jacks/nuts. If you have the nut that came off, it just twists and locks onto the jack, about 1/4 turn to the right. You can use a nut driver tool if need be. If you completely lost the nut, you can borrow one from one of the jacks that you don’t typically use. If you need a replacement nut, then please see this FAQ How can I make a replacement part request? Then we’ll send you one at no charge. Cheers! Gil
