I am wondering if this is just the tubes or if the unit needs a warranty repair.
We can send out tubes free of charge; we cover shipping to US locations. They will probably cover the cost to Canada too. What would you like to do? Try swapping in new tubes or start the repair process. If you want to go the repair route, start a conversation with Electric Mojo and the unit will eventually get back to us.
