Really sorry this happened! Fryette has been working with the tube supplier; we had a batch of tubes that defeated the QA process and would then fail in the field. Because it was a batch problem, the replacement unit had the same issue. The way forward here is for us to send to you directly a new pair of tubes and fuses. I agree this is really frustrating; the best thing we can do is ship those replacements out to you as soon as possible.
