Sorry to hear this, but yes it does indeed sound like tube fault. If you email Fryette following these instructions they should send you out a new set free of charge also ask for replacement fuses
Currently replacement part requests are handled using the support email: support@fryette.com because the shop needs to handle these details.
Use the following information to have you request dealt with efficiently.

Subject (starts with): Parts Request
Information to include,
Product (e.g. Power Station PS-2A)
Serial number
Your shipping address
