The buttons don’t change amp, impedance, or cab settings. I tried power cycling and factory reset. Nothing is plugged into midi. Ideas?

This does sound like a defect to me. Are you saying the front panel is entirely unresponisve?

correct. I randomly hit two cab buttons and it turned on cabs 1 and 2. but that is it.
