ZMACS rack mount power supply options

Hi, I would appreciate some suggestions as to how best to power a ZMACS in a small rack unit. The unit will have a Furman power conditioner which will in turn power the amps, a power supply for guitar effects a ZMACS, PS2 or PS100. I’ve used Voodoo Labs but they don’t have the 12v 300 mA so any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark

I have heard good things about the Tri-Mag L6R06H-120 it’s 12V at 500mA, so a little headroom is probably a good thing.

Hi Dan,

Many thanks for your email.

Apologies but I was looking for an approved power supply for the ZMAXS with IEC-320 connections.

I’d like to run everything off the Furman just in case.

Thanks, Mark

The ZMACS ships with a 12VDC 2A adaptor; this is the approved supply. Can you get something you need from the same manufacturer? Or maybe see what Tri-Mag make.

Hi Dan, Thanks for your email. Yes, I can the Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 3 plus …

… does have 12v at 500mA, and it means I can power all my other effects from it and it has the IEC power lead connector.

As I said I’m trying to run all the power thru the Furman and not use any wall plugs.

Thanks for your help.

Mark
