Hi,
I need some help after purchasing some of your product, i checked the manuals and forum but I am not sure of how to connect all units to get what i want in a secure way of course.
I have a :
1x Fryette powerstation ps-100
1x Torpedo Reload 2
1x Redseven amp central evo
1x Khe audio asx 8
1x Fryette zmacs 4x4 v2
1x Fryette zmacs 4x4 v1
12x tubes amps (1x 180w, 9x 100w and 2x 50w)
1x poweramp 50w
2x synergy syn-2 with 4 modules
1x line 6 helix rack
10x speaker cabs (8x 4x12, 1x 2x12, 1x 1x12)
- I want to connect the maximum of amps and speaker cabinets that is possible, while being able to use any tubes amps with any cabs that are all connected. If I use 2x fryette zmacs-4x4, if i understand correctly, the maximum of tubes amps that can be used is 7 and 8 speaker cabs ? - If i buy a third fryette zmacs-4x4, is it a total of 10 tubes amps and 12 speaker cabs ? If that’s the case i would sell the khe audio asx 8 and get a third fryette zmacs-4x4. If that’s not possible than my best option is to use the khe asx 8 for 8 tubes amps and the 2x fryette zmacs-4x4 for 8 speaker cabs, impedance matching, dual cab mode and attenuators, if my understand i can’t add more amps on the fryette zmacs-4x4 in this scenario so 8 would be the maximum ?
- Be able to use dual cab mode too
- Having impedance matching applied for all of my tubes amps and speaker cabs
- Being able use tubes amps and speaker cabs with 2 or more attenuators (for example can i put the fryette powerstation ps-100 in the attenuator switch loop, the torpedo reload 2 in the normal loop and the redseven amp central evo on one of the loop on the second zmacs) is there a better way to connect them while having the option of using the fryette powerstation ps-100 poweramp section with the synergy syn-2 or line 6 helix and be able to use the fx loop too. Am i able to have them connected and be able to use my tubes amps to my speaker cabs without any attenuation too, to have tubes amps directly to speaker cabs ?
- what the PS-100 speaker path does when AC power is removed ?
- what the Reload II speaker path does when AC power is removed ?
- whether either one contains a true relay bypass ?
- whether the ZMACS switched loop physically bypasses the connected device or simply controls it ?
I would appreciate a lot if my questions can be answered and have some help about routing all the connections so nothing is damaged and everything works securely.
Thanks
