Fryette power station ps100 no sound

I just bought the PS100 (open box) from guitar center and has no sound. Didnt get to even hear how it sounds with my gear. Everything seems to be working such as switching channels, powering on and off, tubes glowing. But no sound.

After reading I was about to return the unit and find something else as this seems to be a pretty common issue. Then I read a recent post where it was stated a bad batch of tubes made is way out to the public and they are sending those with issues tubes and a fuse. This kind of gives me hope.

So my question is should i contact fryette support and ask for tubes and fuse? Thanks James

I’ve sent an email now 5 times and still haven’t received a confirmation yet. Trying not to flood you all with emails but how many times does it usually take before it goes through?

I received my tubes and fuses today. Just installed them and I now have sound and everything seems to be working as it should. Thank you for the very fast response and delivery!

Just to clarify. I mixed sending a message through your website, with regular email hense why i stated getting a confirmation email. I wasn’t being impatient or demanding, but i can see how that could be easily misconstrued. Apologies for that. Again thanks for the prompt service.
