ZMACS with GPDI/IR and Power Station

I just ordered a ZMACS and I have some questions. I use a GPDI/IR with a power station PS2a to a guitar cab. I also put a Kingsley Juggler in the external amp of the GPDI and. I sounds fantastic. Can I put the GPDI/IR in one of the amp slots and still use it with the PS2a in the attenuator loop to amplify it and switch between various cabs? Secondly I read that I can take any amp in the ZMACS and send live level to an IR loader. How would I use the GPDI in that setup to provide the IR?

Yes, you probably can, but the volume on the PS2 would need to pushed up a lot to keep it in the realm of the other amps.

I would probably suggest that you use the GPDI in external amp mode by putting it in the loop of the PS-2.

Depends on your specific application though…

Can the PS2a be used as an amp and connect it just like a regular amp? Not as an attenuator. I would like to connect my Kingsley juggler into the PS2a as I normally do. Thanks.

Yes, you can do that.

In this scenario, you would send, lets say for example To Amp Input 1 to the Kingsley guitar input and From Amp Output 1 to the PS-2A Speaker out.
