So I sent an email to Fryette yesterday enquiring about my warranty repair on my PS-100 (it’s been a couple of weeks) I was originally talking (emailing) with “Dave”, the email I received back yesterday is telling me I need to enquire here???
Sounds like the auto reply from the support email. I am assuming that you have sent in the PS-100 and are waiting for it to be returned and want an update in the repair process and expected return date?

I have pinged him offline, just now. The USA is just waking up, so expect something today or tomorrow. Sorry this process has not been as transparent as it should have been. We are working on improving this.
Just looking for a response to warranty part replacement for my PS 100. @support asked me if it was ok to send me tubes and a fuse. I replied yes but no further response. looking for confirmation and timing.
