I just got a used VHT PITTBULL UL and I’m wondering is there a difference in tonality compared with the Fryette. Anything I should look for and check before going ham deep?

Hey Moss, welcome to the forum!
This amp was built in December 2004 in the same factory as the later Fryette builds which occurred between 2001 and 2009. There weren’t any significant changes between this and the Fryette branded version.

Hi thanks so the amp came in but the seller didn’t pack it correctly and the casing was smash a bit in. I was looking to see if I could buy some parts to replace for now. I’m teaching the head to a tech and I hope they won’t find any other issues from it being dropped mid shipment.

- Handle cover on the top,
- Rear Back Grill
Last question is there any difference between the VHT and Fryette Big Bottom cab other than the speakers. I’d like to have a VHT matching cab.
