Hi, I bought a used VHT Pitbull 50CL a few months ago. It came with the FC-5 footswitch, which was working at the time. Since then, the footswitch EQ does not light up or switch when pushing down on the button. EQ does work, but I am not able to channel assign or switch on/off. Meanwhile all other switches work as intended. I was not able to find any used/new ones online. Any tips / recommendations to resolve this issue?

The footswitch issue may be as simple as a missing or loose screw on the footswitch cable end connector, or a broken wire close the that connector or at the cable entry to the footswitch box.
In any case, it’s an easy fix or a local tech, or it can be sent here to get done.
