The power load is not a stepped attenuator, so you cannot connect a speaker and adjust the attenuation level.
You will have one of these versions:
It’s more of a recording solution with a Line Level output,
You can use the Cab Thru, but this will not provide attenuation. It just sends your amp’s signal to the speaker rather than the reactive load inside the Power Load. This is intended for a live environment where a copy of your amp’s signal is useful.
