The threaded external portion of the amp input jack fell off and I can’t find it. It had fallen off a few times in the past and was always a bit loose. It finally got away from me.
Is there a way I can get that part?

If you email support@fryette.com they should be able to send you out a replacement nut to screw back on to the input jack. I am wondering if the jack might need to be replaced if loose? Anyway, ask them; you can also link to this forum post when you email them. Don’t forget to include you shipping address and contact information (phone number) if based in the US, shipping is free, if outside they will send you and shipping invoice.
