The Rig Check thread

I’m creating this post right here so we can all discuss our set ups and things we’re trying! That being said I’ll start us off, humongous thanks to the man himself Steve Fryette for helping me out with my issue with my 2/90/2 their customer service is honestly second to none, if their amps weren’t enough to be the crown jewel of the company it forsure has to be the way that the care about their customer and products, again thank you Mr. Fryette! That being said here’s my rig I’m over the moon! Unfortunately it’s a bit of a back breaker coming in at 90 lbs lol

it’s massive as a system! and yes the back must pick up with the 2/90/2, I never had an axefx, is it heavy?

I had an old vht 2/50/2 but as it got older, I decided to lighten my concert rack!
my solution: the synergy 5050 (it could have been an LXII, but the position of the presence and deph potentiometers on the front of the synergy convinced me, depending on the rooms where we play it is useful to quickly correct these functions),
and the wonderful modular system of synergy SYN2. (I’m waiting for a fryette module, soon soon!)
note that the IICP module which is designed by Mr Fryette is absolutely extraordinary, a total success!
I use it for my lead sounds and it has something that my other modules do not have, I absolutely love it.
a furmann and two old rocktron racks still in working order, but nowadays it is impossible to find new effects racks in 1 unit… :frowning:

Full disclosure: I love fryette gear. This Is my home studio rack that I am currently wiring. It’s a hybrid rig that can be fully analog with 4 amp heads and in WDW or stereo or mono depending on what I want for that specific use case or also fully digital. The 2502 can be used instead of the Matrix because it wouldnt fit in the case so it’s out but I wanted a consistent and self containted 18U rack. Not pictured there is another ps100 which I use live or for praciticing. I guess now I only need a fryette t shirt but they’re out of stock

PS I am not using the cyclops but the jx44 + Line mixer because the cyclops can only switch to 2 signal paths (amp loaded down and 1 pre) and i needed 4 (Amps loaded down, axe fx, synth, another preamp)
