Sorry to post such a general question here but I cannot find a definitive answer on this… slightly unique situation with Fryettes being handmade in US which may factor in (?)
I’d like to order a 2/90/2 to Ottawa, but I’m pretty worried about the potential 25% tariff that could get tacked on top of standard duties. Anyone knowledgeable on this that could help me out? Or if someone from Fryette has heard from Canadian customers that would be most ideal… Thanks!!!
Some of our Canadian dealers are saying they’re seeing a 25% hit and are holding back on orders. Others are reordering regularly and haven’t said anything one way or the other.
In general, the dealers doing the most volume seem the least concerned, which suggests they have a better handle on the situation.
Being in Ottowa, I suggest you talk to Charles at Electric Mojo in Ontario. He can be trusted to give you reliable advice.
