Support Response Time Notice

To all of you who have been waiting patiently for us to get caught up on our support backlog, thank you so much for your continued patience.

To those of you who have run out of patience, we don’t blame you. It’s been a trial. We’ve had two or three people in the last year try to take up the reins, but it’s a complex task and requires a skilled, knowledgeable tech with product history experience, communication skills and thick skin. As you might imagine, that’s a tall order.

We’re still evaluating resumes and hopefully the right candidate will emerge soon. In the meantime, please rest assured that we are working hard to get through the backlog. Those who have been waiting the longest will be hearing from us in the next couple of days.

If you have simple application questions, like impedance settings, recommended tubes, setup recommendations and so on, please post them here on the Fryette forum, so we can concentrate our tech support and repair service questions in the company support email channel.
