Stereo effects in effects loop

Hello,

New to the forum and am struggling a bit in finding relative posts on the following subject:

I have an Ultra Lead that I love, and am looking to buy a power amp to run with it for a stereo rig. I want to take advantage of my Strymon effects in stereo and want to do so while continuing to run the effects in the loop of the amp. Is this possible? How would this be wired? Is there a better way to achieve what I’m after? I use the amp for all my clean and dirty sounds and like having the delay and reverb after, hence the use of the loop. Just really want to do be able to get the ping pong and pattern echoes to shift between two cabs on either side of the stage.

Thanks in advance Fryette community!

You could route amp head FX send—>stereo effect pedal(s) and bring one of the outputs of the last stereo effect to the amp head FX return. Take the other side of the last stereo effect to the power amp in. The head and the power amp obviously need their own cabinets and you’re obviously going to have some different power amp influence in each side. What part is confusing to you?

Ok cool, this is what I was thing but was hitting a mental wall with the concept of nothing going into the Return of the power amp. It all makes sense now. Thanks for the help!
