Standby switch on channel A not working

Just purchased 2 90 and the standby switch on channel A doesn’t standby. The Standby on switch B works. Is this a fuse issue?

Hi @Ryane welcome to the forum!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

So what exactly is going on with Channel A?

Please pop out the fuses and check. Maybe if unsure, you can swap A with B and B with A and see if Channel B goes down.

On the back panel, just make sure the impedance selector is properly switched, so maybe rotate it fully and back to the impedance you need.

Also ensure you are using the “Use first” jack in the stereo setup.

To help more, we really need to understand exactly how you are using the amp. So please give full details or a photo of how things are connected if the above does not help.

Hi, so I swapped the fuses and rotated the impedance and still happened. When in standby mode, channel an acts normal, it doesn’t standby. I’m running out of a helix in stereo.
