Seeking Guidance/Advice on Best Speaker Cab to Mate w/ Memphis Head

First time poster here. Last week I was travelling and visited a small guitar shop in St. Petersburg Florida. The shop had a large variety of guitars, and a small room which contained a Fryette Memphis combo amp. This was my first time experiencing this amp, and no matter what guitar I plugged in, the resultant output sound of this amp was stunning! I really fell in love with the sound and so on return from travel, went online to see if I could purchase a new one. Seems they’re no longer made, but I have been able to locate a Memphis head that I’m considering purchasing. I wanted to reach out to this group to see if either the fine folks at Fryette or the forum membership itself could make recommendations on a nice speaker cabinet that mates well with the Memphis Head (I loved the combo sound, so a speaker cabinet that’s similar to the combo design I think would be ideal). Happy to have feedback directly from Fryette on this, but also for anyone that maybe using the head, would love your feedback. Doesn’t seem like the Memphis products are available new for purchase, so a new matching speaker cab doesn’t seem to be possible (correct me if wrong)

Thanks in advance!
Ron

Any good open back 1x12 with a Fane F70 would work.

Thanks for the response! I don’t know much about Fane speakers, but will definitely look into this more…Is that the speaker that was stock in the combo amp?

Originally the combo came with the Eminence AR75. Later the Fane F70G.
