I am looking at rack cases for the PS-100. The unit Fryette sells seems to be just big enough for the unit vertical width. I don’t understand how it dissipates heat in such tight quarters since the unit is vented top and bottom. I know from experience it gets fairly hot.
Fairly hot to a human is not hot to tubes and circuits.
Wow, really? Who knew! It’s all clear now. It’s also clear that tube amps are vented for a reason. And that heat with no ventilation or escape route in a tube amp can cause damage.
