Hello, unfortunately my unit was accidentally dropped and landed on the front control side. There’s no visible cosmetic damage, but since then it hasn’t been acting right.
It won’t attenuate down to really low/bedroom volume anymore, even with the volume all the way down. There’s also some crackling when I first turn it on that goes away after a bit.
I tried swapping the power tubes and the preamp tube, but that didn’t change anything.
It feels like something might be off or intermittent from the drop.
