Ps100 making wierd noise on red Channel

I have had this power station for about two years now and I get a weird noise when switching to red channel sometimes it will go away other times it’s persistent because of this I never use the red channel. I’ve replaced the power tubes about three times since I first got it also the preamp tubes and I get the same result

I’m having the same ugly loud noise on both channels when Bypass is switched to Operate.
Please help.

I replaced both speakers cables and coupling,
works fine the last 24 hours.

Purchased new from Stang Guitars in Edmonton,
where Tyler has also been very helpful.

Serial No: PHID244107, anything you can share about that?
