PS100 issue — Barely any audio when engaged

Hi Praise,

That’s awesome to hear! There’s nothing quite like the sound and feel of a tube amplifier. Thank you so much for posting.

Thank You,

Terry

Just want to give a big thanks to Terry for his help this week behind the boards here getting my unit repaired. Great support cheers!

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Terry and the Fryette team, they were incredibly helpful through all of this. I’m almost afraid to say it out loud, but my PS-100 has been working flawlessly for the past two days. I won’t lie, I hesitate to post this for fear I’ll jinx the whole vibe and it’ll act up again :sweat_smile:

Looks like the issue may have been a bad relay, possibly triggered during some switching between my ZMACS units. Regardless, I’m incredibly thankful to have everything back up and running. Right now my two ZMACS, the Sound City Master 100, and the PS-100 are all getting along like best friends.

Next step, waiting on my client to drive up from LA next month with the Sound City 4x12 as he starts his new record. Can’t wait to put the whole rig through its paces again.

Massive thanks for the support, the help, and most importantly, the ingenuity behind these products. They’ve completely changed my workflow and made the creative process more inspiring and efficient. Truly life-changing stuff.

Cheers and thank you! :panda::purple_heart:

It’s been several days now with no issues (knocks on wood).

It’s truly amazing to play a Fender Champ, Deluxe Reverb, SC Master 100, and Roland JC-120H through the same ZMACS. The PS-100 handles channel switching and activation with basically no volume loss compared to the 100 watt Master 100. The experience is incredible. It lets me record clean, textured tones at loud volumes without needing to push the amps into breakup.

The ideal experience has been achieved and is now reliable! Thanks again!
