PS100 Amp in jack bad connection

Hello I got a problem with the AMP In jack.

I have to holding it up to make the contact on the right place.(Video below)

This problem cost me a pair power tube blown from the amp itself,It’s quiet lucky for this situation.

What should i do to repair this?

If a local repair shop is easiest for you, then that’s an option, read here, we work with any reputable shop near you.

Other than then repairs can be arranged by sending it back to Fryette.

Can you let me know your:

  • Purchase date,
  • Purchase location
  • Serial number?
