My brand new PS-2A FX loop doesn’t not work in Silent mode. I’ve reached out to Fryette and they send me here. My cables are good. Everything in my pedalboard works going through the front of the amp, just doesn’t work when I go through FX loop. And yes I plugged it in correctly.

Take a look at the text that explains what works and does not work with power unplugged. Does that explain it?
Yes and it clearly says in the text that the filter switch, fx loop, and line out all work in silent mode with the ps-2a powered off.
Just to confirm, “loop” implies you are using both the send return. Note only the send works without power.
Can you please clarify how you are using this?
