I get this noise when I turn the unit on. It goes away when I tap on the unit. What is causing this?

Is what you show in the video always repeatable? Have you checked that the tubes are all correctly seated? Thanks!
Yes, it has been happening recently every time I power up. It happens even with nothing plugged in other than the speaker cable. I have not opened the unit since I did not know what to look for. Thank you for the suggestion - I shall check the tubes to see if they are secure.
