Ps-100 power cable socket

Hi all, new user here. Bought a PS-100, killer device.

My question is rather unimportant but just wanted to get your opinion.

The power inlet IEC 14 helping the power plug has tiny edge/lip, is it supposed to move like that when plugging in&out ?

I think a little bit of motion is OK. As long as the power connection is strong and not coming out.
