PS-100 Not Working

I ordered my PS-100 online from zZounds and received it 1/30/25. It worked amazingly well until yesterday. I used it yesterday morning and it worked fine. I tried to use it yesterday afternoon and it didn’t work, although it passed signal in bypass. I researched the problem on this forum and found numerous posts describing my exact same problem. I removed the cover today and found the internal fuse blown. If it matters there is a sticker inside which states: “tested and matched Dec 04 2024”. I believe I have the same bad tube issues identified in all of the other posts describing this same problem. When I tried to make a parts request for replacement tubes, it required me to post on this Forum describing my problem. I am going to go ahead and make the request. We’d like to get you up and running quickly. It seems you have done a lot already. I understand you want to get this working, but let’s rule out more mundane issues first.

Please follow these steps :

  1. Please check the “No Sound” checklist in Power Station: Troubleshooting Guide

Then, if problems continue :

  1. Please resubmit the parts request form as we do not have a record of your initial request. You should see a completion screen telling you we have received the form.
