PS-100 Level Switch question

Hi,

I just bought a PS-100 and I have a weird problem with it. I had a PS-2A before, and when I crank out my 100W Super Lead, using the “high lvl” setup with 90% volume on the PS its still not enough for a gig, so I have to use “low lvl” to reach the required volume.

Is it okey like this, or something working bad on the device. On the ps-2 “highlvl” 70% volume was really loud, cant hear the drummer…

Hi Kriztofer,

The front panel Level switch simply sets the sensitivity of the Volume control.
This is a user preference setting, meaning there is no set rule or wrong way to apply it. Whatever works for you is the correct usage.

You are correct that there is a somewhat different range for this switch on the PS-100 vs the PS-2 and 2A. This is normal.
