Follow the “no sound” checklist here Power Station: Troubleshooting Guide this will help eliminate any “silly” issues that it could be. Sorry if this is a little repeative, you might have already tried some of these i.e. the fuse. If you need new fuses they type are listed here What fuses do I need for the Power Station PS-2 and PS-100?
