I think you have done a lot of the debugging work already; here are the steps for debug the no-sound condition: Power Station: Troubleshooting Guide. I think you have done most of them?
Here some repair options, I think you are probably at the point now,
- How can I send my product to Fryette for a repair (RMA Request)?
- Can I get my Fryette product repaired at a local repair shop?
