I just wanted to give an update on the PS-100 that was shipped back to me. The unit is still having problems, particularly now with the FX loop that I never had an issue with before until I received it back from you guys. Right when I used it upon arrival. I noticed that when my effects are engaged, the volume level drops in and out. Again, never had this problem before. The very same units / effects work 100% through my Two Notes Reload II FX loop with no issues.
I need these problem fixed that I keep having with your unit which was originally defective from the factory as you guys have already stated. A email has been sent to an individual who goes by the name of Eriko. I also called to no avail and left a message.
