PS-100 channel 1 noise

I got noise in PS-100 channel 1. It is like a low pitch rumbling sound, sometimes it is continuous, sometimes it is on and off. It is normal in channel 2.

What is the possible cause? Thanks.

  • Channel 1: sounds like a cat purring
  • Channel 2: there is a high-pitch ringing sound that does not sound normal to me.

I think you might have a ground loop; check this out and unplug your FX loop (if being used)
