Can it be done found a 220 volt for 425.00 wondering if its worth it or can be done thank you

The power transformer must be changed to do that.

Im in NJ south Jersey
Wherever the unit ships from assuming somewhere overseas is going to cost you freight and duties. Then freight cost to here for a transformer swap and any mods/updates/tubes that it might need, plus the cost of the transformer, and then the freight back to you.
After you add it up, you may end up pretty close to the cost of a new one or for sure a slightly used local one that needs no special handling.
