Power Load IR received DOA?

I just bought a Power Load IR and the little green power light doesn’t light up with the supplied power supply nor a Ciocks DC7 (set to 12V). Fryette power supply and Ciocks DC7 both verified 12V center negative with a DMM.

What other testing do I need to do to confirm DOA for the dealer?

Sorry for this inconvenience. Please get in touch with the dealer. If it is not working with the supplied power supply and you have verified the power supply is working, then this should be returned.
