Hi,
I decided to check on my tubes while i was replacing the V1 tube that got microphonic in my 2002 Pittbull Ultra-lead. I noticed that the 12AT7 was in the socket furthest right in the back of the amp, not in the socket closest to the power tubes, which is contrary to what people seem to say. I couldn’t find any onto on which tube sits where in the manual.
So 2 questions:
- which socket is V6? Or even better, is there a diagram of all the tubes and their positions?
- The amp has been running for over a year with a 12AX7 in what i believe to be V6 and a 12AT7 in what i believe to be V5, can this have damaged anything?
