This amp was built in June 2000.
The required footswitch is the FC-5. Here’s a link:

Thanks so much for your information. If I remember well, its originale was the fc-04 because the amp use only the channal, boost and loop. (3,switch). Is it the fc-05 compatibile? I suppose yes escluding for the extra function (disabled). Second question, is it possibile to ship to italy direcly ?
