I agree, this does sound like something has failed in the reactive load part of the circuit.
Is your unit under warranty? If so, contact the dealer to request a repair. Otherwise, there are basically two options:
- How can I send my product to Fryette for a repair (RMA Request)?
- Can I get my Fryette product repaired at a local repair shop?
Follow the instructions in the method you prefer.
