Sorry to hear you have this annoying problem. If you don’t have any luck with the troubleshooting steps then we can get it returned.
When the green light is on do you see the red glow from the heaters in the tubes? Are the fuses blow?
Take look here on how to check that
I’m wondering if tubes died during transport.
