No screwnuts for the switches on the PowerStation PS100

Hi there,
I bought a Powerstation PS100 new from a store and I’m wondering why the little switches for the deep/edge/flat setting have no screwnuts for mechanical support.
All pictures in the net show those nuts, but mine doesn’t have any of these.

Are they missing or is there a change in the layout?

Hi @SirHattolot

They are the same toggle switches but just in a non-threaded style. Steve agonises over all details and must have come to the conclusion that was the way forward; maybe the additional fittings were not really contributing much.

Ditching the nuts and washers on the mini-toggles reduces stress on the PC board due to excess mounting tolerance of the switches.

It also cleans up the front panel cosmetics by eliminating the possibility of scuffing of the panel caused by the nut driver tool.

No chsnge in design integrity or reliability of the switches.
