So I have used the IR section, analog section, direct to daw ir loader. Balanced and unbalanced. Every version and no matter the setting on GPDI…gains, master, level etc. No clip light ever registers.
I can get level to 9 o clock and master at 9 o’clock, no dynamics gain one at 9 o’clock and gain 2 at 9 o’clock and the out put is an unpleasant overloaded gain sound. Registers on my UA Volt 276 audio interface at this setting very low. When recorded in DAW it sounds overloaded.
Ive used single coils, 18K HB no matter still unpleasant out put to daw/
Well I’m embarrassed… instrument button pushed on on volt. But still no clip light will work
