No Audio in Operate Mode, Did All Steps on No Sound Checklist

I was using the unit live with a Marshall Super Lead, and out of nowhere it got really distorted and stopped passing audio in Operate Mode. I took it home, replaced all of the tubes with brand new ones and let them burn in, replaced the internal fuse, and did everything on the no sound checklist using a Fender combo amp, and it is still not passing audio. It was passing audio through the effects loop return. There is sound in bypass mode, so I know the speaker cables are OK.

Is there anything else I should check? I do need this to record in about two weeks, so I’m hoping to have it running by then.

Hi Seth!

You already did what I was going to say, did the fuses blow again or are they intact?

Did you purchase the PS-2 new? If so when and from where? If not, then we can still get it serviced in the factory of by a local tech. Turn around times will be longer than two weeks. So I would start to make alternative plans.

Hi Dan,

I bought it new from Musician’s Friend on 8/10/2022. I can provide the invoice if needed.

Neither the existing or replacement fuse blew.
