New PowerStations need notice label? *Burn-in odor*

Hello,
New PS-2A owner here. Used it at home to test signal chain integration and basic functionality.
Brought it to rehearsal and within minutes our drummer stopped and yelled, “Something is burning up!” LOL It was the PowerStation. Very distinct “burn-in” smell from the resistor bank, and another from the power tube area. No smoke present and the unit is operational. Had us on the lookout throughout practice. I did nervously turn down.
I take it this is normal?
LP → Marshall 1959 MKII → PS-2A → 1960AHW / 1960BHW
FX loop: Reverb | Delay

Oh dear,

Yes we burn in the tubes but not the resistors (they do not need burn in), that will go away over time. Just a bit of ventilation is enough.

Thank you for the info. Yes, smell is gone. Working Flawlessly and sounding GREAT !
Amazing piece of gear.
Cheers,
