I use my PS-2A in the attenuator loop of my Ampete amp/cab switcher. I have a Mesa Triaxis I’d like to use with the Line Input of the Power Station and would prefer an elegant method of switching between the two PS-2A inputs. Obviously, amp heads would be off in this scenario, so no need to worry about load.
I don’t need two complete loops; I’ll either be plugging directly into the Ampete OR the Tri-Axis, but will be using the speaker out in either scenario.
So, Cyclops or…?
EDIT: Okay. Thought through this a bit more and it seems Cyclops would be a good fit. Guitar straight into Cyclops. Cyclops Amp In → Ampete switcher input, Triaxis lives in Cyclops preamp loop. One thing I’m unclear on: in the Cyclops connection diagram, what’s happening with the Power Station’s line out going into the Cyclops? Is that how we’re creating a loop from amp out back into the PS which then hits the speaker out?
