Just opened box, plugged it in and the left channel has a loud hi frequency squeal. Right channel seems fine. Any help?

Sorry to hear this. Is this a brand new LXII?
Also, what is your full setup? I think we should eliminate any possibilities of silly things like ground loops. You are probably there already if you did an A / B test with the left vs right channel.
What happens in bridge mono mode?
Please share anything else you think is useful, such as back panel settings and setup photos etc. If you think it will help.
