Hello! I just got in my deluxe rackmount kit for the PS-100 and after following step #1 “remove the 4 large side panel screws from each side”, I’ve had several of the screws take quite a bit of force to break away and the threads strip out on me. I paused on removing any more screws so hopefully the chassis threads stay in okay shape while I get out these last few, but could definitely use a new set of screws!

Let’s hope I don’t get any sort of invoice for a mistake on your guys’ end, that would be embarassing customer service
