This is where you come to get service. Fryette is good at getting to these and has impeccable service. But yes, mine did the exact same thing. They sent me new tubes and it has worked great ever since. I believe they got a bad batch of tubes at some point.

Can you give a few details about the Power Station? When did you buy it, from where and what is the serial number? It would also be useful to see the inside. If you could take a photo of the inside so it fills the frame, that should let us see enough details.
Similar to your issue, my PS-100 will no longer produce sound at an appropriate level. Very low in bypass (lower than the amplifier when not connected to the PS-100) and even lower output when in operating mode. This is with the amp and the power station even cranked up all the way and it used to work. I have two amps I have been using it with, and the result is the same on both. The amps work fine when not connected to the PS-100.
The kicker is that I had sent the unit to Fryette with an RMA and Eriko claims the device passed with flying colors twice at their shop. He explained that either Dave or Joe would connect with me when the device was returned (which sat at their shop for a week after testing was complete because they stated the lady whose desk it was on had been out sick) and they have since stopped communicating with me.
I really want to love this device as I did when I had it for the first year or so, but since it does not work properly and I am unable to find reliable support at Fryette, I am hoping someone here is able to explain the connections. I believe I have it connected properly but something has to be wrong for it not to work. Replaced 12 guage speakers cables I am using, replaced the tubes on the old amp (the other amp is brand new), ensured I am matching the ohms to the speaker and amp out… I just don’t understand how it is passing at their absolutely will not work any longer at home.
I am simply hooking up combo amps to the PS-100. I am not even connecting to pedals. My connection is a speaker cable from the speaker out on the PS-100 to the speaker on the amp and a speaker cable from the amp out on the amp to amp in on the PS-100. The amps I am using is a Fender Super Champ XD (using 8 ohms for both speaker out and amp in on the PS-100) and a Marshall ST20C Studio JTM (using 16 ohms for both speaker out and amp in on the PS-100).
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, and I would love to hear that this is my error setting this up and not Fryette’s fault. I just want the device to work again and be able to rehearse and audition for bands.
