Integrating PS-100 and ZMACS pains. Bad hum when engaged no attenuation

Hi all I am trying to integrate this. I had this working before but I unracked and relocated everything in my studio desk and also added a Soldano astro in addition to my Mesa RK2 and Marshall JVM. I am kind of stumped. I wired everything based in the ZMACs manual page 11 as below but its not working. I get this horrible hum when i set to operate and no attenuation or sound. When I turn off the operate on the PS I have normal amp sound. Not sure where i am going wrong. Below is my wiring. Please help me figure this out. This seemed pretty straight forward yet here i am. I initially accidentally used instrument cables on the attenuator loop but switched it to speaker per the manual. Color coding helps…

ZM To Amp Input 1 - Soldano Amp In
ZM To Amp Input 2 - Mesa RK2 Amp In
ZM To Amp Input 3 - JVM Amp In
ZM To Amp Input 4 - Open

ZM From Amp Input 1 - Soldano Speaker Out
ZM From Amp Input 2 - Mesa RK2 Speaker Out
ZM From Amp Input 3- VM Speaker Out
ZM From Amp Input 4 - Open

ZM To Speaker Cab 1 - Mesa 2x12 (no other cabs at this time did prev have a 4x12 also)

PS100 Speaker Out to ZM Attn Loop Retun 1 (Normal)
PS100 Amp in to ZM Attn Loop Send 1 (Normal)

I also have the remote but I have not even touched that yet as I try to sort this out. I am not always clear about the remote gray cable to the amp in all that but its a thing for another day when I figure out when I want to use that. I was thinking its better to control the levels on the PSA channels to switch between two levels on the fly when tracking.

Thanks for all help. Peter
